Dave Schumacher has been a commercial real estate broker for over 45 years, specializing exclusively in multifamily transactions.  The majority of his CRE deals are working with institutional clients across the country.  Dave started with CBRE and during his 14 years started as Rookie of the Year and was either in the Top 5 or Top 10 for most of those years and left as First Vice President.  Dave then started Columbia Partner LLC and with a team ran that company for 20 years and at times led the market with major deals.  Going back to a larger platform, Dave joined Colliers International as Senior Vice President and enjoyed ten good years at Colliers.  More recently Dave has returned to Columbia Partners with the same CRE focus.  Adjusting for inflation, total deal volume is in the area of $6B to $7B, having closed nearly 200 transactions.

Dave has a BA from the University of Washington, majoring in Marketing.
